I like to write a little wrap up to the racing season each year, so here it is. This includes track champions of the tracks I cover, and I also want to thank my sponsors.

I don’t know if this is the last RaceChaser blog post of 2026 or even for good. The future is undetermined at this point.

Some racing highlights of 2026:

Reid Randall of Park Rapids won three IMCA Hobby Stock track titles this summer: Buffalo River, Fix It Forward and Norman County. He finished second at North Central Speedway in Brainerd.

Cole Greseth of Harwood won three Wissota Street Stock points championships: Sheyenne, River Cities and Jamestown. Trevor Walsh of Watertown won Gen X Late Model titles at Madison, Casino and I-94 EMR Speedway.

Christian Kast of Fairmount won three track titles in the Wissota Hornets (Ogilvie, I-94 and Buffalo River) while Adam VanDerostyne won three Wissota Hornet titles (Fiesta City, Madison and Casino).

Travis Saurer of Elizabeth won two track titles at I-94 EMR Speedway (Wissota Mod and Late Model) while Kelly Jacobson of Fargo won two at Buffalo River (IMCA Stock Car and Sport Mod). Mike Stearns of Aberdeen won the Wissota Mod and Late Model points titles at Casino Speedway and also won the mod title at Brown County.

John Nord of Enderlin won IMCA Modified point titles at Jamestown and Fix It Forward Speedway.
