I-94 EMR Speedway was back in action on a warm Friday night. Between rainouts, scheduled off-nights and trying to get to other area tracks, it had been since May that I had been to the 3/8-mile oval in Fergus Falls. The track had some character after the rain this week, leading to the blade coming out at intermission.
